Terms of Service
Why is this on our website? Clients who have parted ways with other agencies have told us some horror stories.
Let’s get it all out in the open now. We want to be a partner, not an adversary.
Generally, our terms are:
We work both hourly and on a project basis, depending on our clients’ needs and the type of project. When working on a project costing, generally two revision passes are included, and additional revisions are hourly. We provide full regular time-sheets for all hourly work and encourage clients to review them.
Clients own all of our final creative work on completion and payment, with the exception of most source code for websites and programming projects. High-resolution design source files and photos are always available, and archives are retained for at least three years. Photo and video shoots are performed under a buyout agreement, and our clients own all raw assets, never having to pay as they go. We work in industry standard applications whenever possible including Adobe Creative Suite software, so our work can be edited or reworked by any in-house staff.
