Account Diversity:
NHaK has always sought to diversify accounts across a range of sectors from business services to consumer products. This process works to ensure the long-term strength of the agency and reduces conflict of interest situations. Clients are often intrigued how parallels can be drawn from one industry to a completely different one – and using that to everyone’s success.

Account Service:
NHaK’s flexible approach to account service allows for working under strict budget conditions and turnarounds when necessary. We often encourage direct contact between our Art Directors and clients to increase efficiency. However, all financial or schedule information is handled in a more traditional sense through the Account Executive.

All projects are organized through a dedicated Project Manager and benefit from our proprietary project tracking system. This system actively assigns work to our team based on available resources and time and continually notifies the Account Team of project status. This system sends out hourly timesheets on client requests and status reports of all of the jobs in progress for a particular account. We rely on this tool to meet ever tighter deadlines and budgets.

Website and Software Development:
The NHaK team develops complex data driven websites and software solutions. Agencies that don’t… well, they might just be extinct soon. We have in-house talent directing the design and development to build custom websites, with the hard-core programming talent to make the back-end function perfectly.

Capabilities:
NHaK consistently provides full-service marketing and advertising for our clients. Everything from print advertising to video editing is completed by our in-house team. We design trade-show exhibits, marketing collateral and complex websites. Additionally, we offer full consulting and analysis services.

Sustainable Practices:
NHaK seeks to recommend Forest Stewardship Council approved sustainable paper stocks or 100% post consumer recycled papers when we provide printing services for our clients. We recommend “Green Hosting” solutions when available. In addition, NHaK relies on corporate recycling programs provided by the Conservation Corps of Long Beach and offers employee incentives for using alternative transportation.
