Jim Nista Owner/CEO, Creative Director
Jim Nista is a digital graphics and design pioneer and has a long history working in marketing and advertising for many clients. Jim joined DayRunner, in 1991 to setup an in-house design and marketing facility, and worked as the company grew from a small operation into a 500 person company. In 1996, Jim helped establish a television animation and computer gaming firm in Stuttgart, Germany. More recently, Jim has worked as Creative Director for in-house firms and several boutique advertising agencies. Together with long-term colleagues Matt Hancock and James Knapp, Jim founded Nista, Hancock and Knapp in 2002. Jim lead the development of the Insteo on-demand marketing materials website which serves our clients today. Over his career, Jim has worked in lead creative or account management roles for clients such as: SMG, Ralphs, Kroger, Bexel, Vitec, Banana Boat, the City of Long Beach and TapouT.

Matt Hancock Owner/Senior Account Manager/Art Director
Matt Hancock relies on his strong technical background and years of experience in print and online in coaching the design and development staff at NHaK. Matt continues to promote efficient solutions to unique client challenges. Together with Cynthia Nobriga, Matt helped develop the EditorCMS application which allows our clients to control their website content. Over his career he has served in a lead creative and development role for clients such as: TapouT, Kroger, FoodMatch, National Mobile Television, and Nationwide.

Regan Kakoschke VP of Business Development
Regan joined NHaK in 2008 as Director of Operations, he holds a Masters degree in Psychology which aided his directing of staff and departmental operations.  In 2010, Regan was promoted to VP of Business Development and has been the catalyst in bringing key clients to the agency.  Regan provides a professional drive to promote NHaK's strong foundation, unlimited internal capabilities, and strategic vision for growth. Regan comes to NHaK after working as a partner with Chief Talent Officer, LLC., placing top level executives in HR, Tax, and Legal, with clients such as Disney, Broadcom, WalMart, and BCBG. Regan provides a full range of talent, client, and financial management at NHaK, helping keep the company on track through recent growth. Prior to joining NHaK, Regan worked as Operations Manager for Select RemedyTemp.
